STOCK AVAILABILITY

While BNKR makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available online may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and, based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or your entire order.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

As our orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change any details in your order once it has been placed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Please be advised that you also have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

 

RETURNS

We at BNKR hope you love your new purchase. If not, we will happily accept your return for store credit or a refund subject to the conditions below. Your item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. If you wish to exchange your item, we can offer an exchange in the form of store credit. Where applicable, promotional codes or valid offers applied on orders will be honoured for store credit.

Sale items can be returned for store credit but are not eligible for refunds, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, this does not qualify it as a sale item unless specified under the terms of the promotion. Items purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit only, including full-priced items. In the absence of any fault or error, items that are purchased as Final Sale cannot be returned.

Please note that store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Store credit cannot be used to purchase BNKR gift vouchers.

All returns or exchanges must be posted to one the below addresses with a copy of our downloadable return/exchange form attached.

Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. The coverage of return postage costs must be approved by BNKR Customer Care staff prior to return of item(s).

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact BNKR Customer Care at [email protected] prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.

All returns are subject to the below conditions:

  • Items must be returned to BNKR within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags intact. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.

  • Footwear and eyewear must be accompanied by their original box or case.

  • Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any underwear, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories or cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.

What defines faulty?

  • Manufacturing faults.

  • Goods that have been wrongly described.

  • Goods that are different to the goods that you ordered.

  • Goods that do not do what they are supposed to.

  • Goods that have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

SALES + OFFERS

All offers and promotions are subject to the following conditions, in addition to any conditions specified upon entering the relevant code at checkout:

  • Promotions are only applicable to orders over the minimum value threshold specified in the offer

  • Promotions are only applicable to products specified in the offer
  • Where a promotion applies to a particular edit of products, these products can be returned for store credit only (in the absence of any fault)

  • Only one promotion code may be used per order (individual credit notes can be used in conjunction with promotions)

  • You must be logged in to your account to use a promotion code

  • For promotions with a minimum spend requirement, your order must remain at or over this amount after any returns for the discount to continue to apply

  • Codes are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated

  • BNKR takes no responsibility for coupons that were not applied during the checkout process and discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed

  • Sale items, including those covered by further discounts, can only be returned for store credit (in the absence of any fault)

  • Items that are marked as Final Sale, or purchased from an edit or promotion that specifies products as Final Sale, cannot be returned (in the absence of any fault)
  • A full-priced item purchased with a promotional discount does not qualify as a sale product unless otherwise specified in the conditions of the offer

  • BNKR reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

By placing an order with BNKR, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees and the cost of return shipping back to BNKR. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Orders for customers in Australia and New Zealand are shipped from our Melbourne Distribution Centre, and orders to all other countries are shipped from Hong Kong. This means faster delivery across the globe for you!

All orders are shipped express. There are free shipping options for purchases over $79 within Australia and New Zealand. For orders less than $79, shipping will be $10 or $14 depending on your selection at checkout. International orders placed on the AU website incur a flat shipping rate of $25.

Orders require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to issue the courier with Authority To Leave so that the parcel may be delivered without a signature, BNKR is not liable in the event that your order is lost or stolen.

 

SAME DAY DISPATCH + SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends. Estimated time of delivery for metro areas is 1-4 business days (exc. Tasmania), and estimated delivery to rural areas is 3-6 business days. If you would like further information on this, please contact BNKR Customer Care at [email protected].

If you live in a rural area, your parcel may be forwarded onto a local courier service. This will appear on your tracking as a delivery event, and should be successfully delivered to you within 24 hours.

Please note in times of peak traffic, delays to estimated shipping times may occur.

For delivery in Australia and New Zealand we use StarTrack Express. The estimated delivery time for metropolitan areas in Australia is 1-4 business days, and the estimated delivery time for rural or remote areas is 3-5 business days. The estimated time for delivery to New Zealand is 3-10 business days. Please note that there may be delays to these estimated shipping times during busy periods and holidays.

Orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that no one is present to sign for the parcel, your order will either be left in a safe place or taken to a post office depending on the shipping option you have selected. 

The following shipping options can be selected at checkout:

For orders of $200 or more:

  • Free express shipping with Authority To Leave if no one is present to sign for the delivery
  • Free express shipping with a Post Office Drop if no one is present to sign for the delivery

For orders above $79 but less than $200:

  • Free express shipping with Authority To Leave if no one is present to sign for the delivery
  • $5 express shipping with a Post Office Drop if no one is present to sign for the delivery
    In the event that you select the $5 Post Office Drop option but no drop is required (because someone was available to sign for the delivery), BNKR will reimburse you with $5 store credit upon request.

For orders less than $79:

  • $10 express shipping with Authority To Leave if no one is present to sign for the delivery
  • $14 express shipping with a Post Office Drop if no one is present to sign for the delivery.

If you choose to issue the courier with Authority To Leave so that the order may be delivered without a signature, BNKR is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen upon delivery. Orders shipped to NZ do not have an Authority To Leave option, so all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that the order value thresholds for shipping costs apply to the total value of an order after any discount codes have been applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we are unable to change your shipping method once you have placed your order.

Due to postage requirements we cannot deliver to PO boxes, so we will require either a business or private street address. International orders are shipped with DHL or an affiliated local courier. 

On dispatch of your order from our warehouse you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number and link to your courier's tracking website.

 

EMAIL MARKETING

For the subscription and receiving of emails, we follow the opt in/out policy. If you wish to opt out of receiving emails from us, please click the unsubscribe link included in every message. If you are having trouble unsubscribing, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

COMPETITIONS

All competition winners – whether they be from BNKR or its associated labels, affiliates or sponsors – are responsible for the cost of any import duties or taxes associated with the delivery of their prize (including instances in which competition winners use a gift voucher to purchase a prize of their choice). Competitions cover the cost of the items won only and do not cover any incurred delivery or processing fees. This includes any competition where BNKR provides stock for its winners – including competitions run through any label stocked on BNKR via website, print, event or social media.

 

AFTERPAY

Afterpay is only available for orders shipped within Australia at this time. Afterpay orders are subject to standard BNKR returns policy: no refunds or exchanges are available on sale items or items purchased using a promotion that specifies no refunds or exchanges. For sale items or items purchased under such promotions, Afterpay purchases can be returned for store credit only. In these instances, BNKR will issue a store credit upon receipt of your return and you will still be required to fulfil your payments via Afterpay.
